- Developed and implemented ergonomics training programs customized for new employees, first level manufacturing managers, and manufacturing/project engineers.
- Developed and implemented a training program which taught manufacturing managers how to set up ergonomically correct job rotations.
- Developed and implemented an audit procedure for evaluating the use, maintenance, and placement of both existing and new power tools and lift assist devices.
- Reviewed comprehensive injury data, identified trends and recommended solutions, prioritizing jobs in need of ergonomic improvement. Updated the appropriate levels of management in monthly meetings.
